LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Aurora Sacred Healing respectfully acknowledges that we live, work, and gather on Treaty 5 territory, in the traditional lands of the Cree Nation and Métis people.
Our home in Cranberry Portage, traditionally known as Wiskimin onikâhp - Cranberry Carrying Place, has long been a place of connection through its lands, lakes, and historic waterways.
We honour the Indigenous people who have cared for these lands and waters since time immemorial and whose knowledge and traditions continue today.
At Aurora, we walk with gratitude and a responsibility to listen, learn, respect and care for the land, water and community.

SHERWIN MOORE
This Land-Based event not only taught me a lot about positive inlets within my own being but towards others even just meeting for the first time. I hope it will continue.
